I’m Meral, a destination & multi-day wedding photographer
I know the value of not having to perform.
I was a psychologist before I was a photographer. Essentially, the work is the same: helping people feel at ease so they drop their guard and stop performing. That’s the version I want to photograph. Not the curated one. The real one, that’s fully in the moment.
I know this firsthand. At our own destination wedding on Tenerife, what made the photos become heirlooms wasn’t the gear, it was having someone nearby who moved with confidence and noticed what mattered before we did.
That’s the standard I bring to your day. Present enough to catch the unguarded moments, experienced enough to know where they’re about to happen.
I’m based in the Netherlands and photograph across Europe (and beyond): from multi-day wedding weekends in Tuscany and Andalusia, to private yacht ceremonies at sea, to country estate celebrations in the Netherlands.
